This Court was not inclined to grant bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. However, since the applicant - woman is in jail since August 2016, it is expected that the trial would be concluded expeditiously. The learned APP Shri C.A. Lokhande points out that in any event, most of the witnesses have been examined and the trial is likely to conclude in a month or two.

If the trial is not concluded in three months, the applicant is at liberty to renew request for bail. JUDGE RSB
