By this Petition, the Petitioners are praying for a writ of mandamus to the Chief Secretary, State of Maharashtra to look into their complaint made on 10 September 2020 in respect of Respondent No.3 Bank. It is stated that Respondent No.3 Bank is avoiding to extend the benefits to the Petitioners as per the Scheme.

We have perused the Representation. It is totally vague. There are no particulars of the Petitioners, their Bank accounts and their transactions; relevant clauses of the Scheme; dates and events KOLHE

2 / 2 24-WP 331-2021 as would be necessary to enable the Chief Secretary to appreciate exactly where the Respondent Banks have failed to act. 3.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that a detailed Representation would now be made to the Chief Secretary or concerned Authority. If such representation is being made now, we cannot presume that it will not be decided within reasonable time to issue a writ of mandamus. It is always open to the Petitioners to give necessary representation to the Authorities. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
