Perused records so also certified copy of the F.I.R.. It appears that in typed copy, placed on record, date of marriage alleged to be 19.8.2013 is in fact 19.2.2013.

M.H. Deshmukh for non-applicant No.1/State is strongly .....2/-

opposing any intervention by this Court.

However, we find that grievance has arisen between couple and has been resolved amicably. The applicant is residing with non-applicant No.2 and they have a daughter who is born on 2.1.2015. The daughter, applicant, and non-applicant No.2 are present in Court and they are identified by their respective learned counsel.

As the dispute does not have any impact on public piece, law and order or any other social aspect, on joint request, we make the Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application.

The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
