This is an application filed by respondent no.1 Wife seeking permission to withdraw the sum of Rs.1 lakhs deposited by the petitioner - husband in this Court.

Having regard to the nature of proceedings and that the amount has been deposited towards maintenance, there is no hurdle in permitting the respondent - wife to withdraw Rgd.

In view of that, Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of. The respondent - wife is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1 lakh deposited in this Court.
