Heard.
The complainant seeks leave to file appeal to challenge the judgment passed by the learned Magistrate by which the complaint filed by the complainant under Sections 420 and 468 is dismissed and the accused is acquitted.
Though the applicant / appellant contends that the judgment passed by the learned Magistrate suffers from perversity, applicant / appellant has not placed any material on record to substantiate the challenge. Inspite of several adjournments since October, 2016 the applicant / appellant has not placed on record the copies of depositions to point out that the challenges raised by the applicant / appellant before this

In view of the above, the prayer made by the applicant / appellant for grant of leave to file appeal is dismissed. Consequently, the appeal is rejected. JUDGE Tambaskar.
