DATED : 21/01/2021 The applicant/respondent no.2 has sought leave to withdraw a sum of Rs.2,07,539/- on the ground that money is required for marriage of his daughter.

Considering the grounds raised in the application, applicant is permitted to withdraw the balance compensation of Rs.2,07,539/- on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) to the effect that she will refund the amount with interest, in case the appeal filed by the acquiring body, is allowed.
