DATED : 01-07-2025 Applicants/respondents No. 1 to 5 have moved this application to permit them to withdraw the entire compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon. The learned Advocate for the appellant opposed the application. 2.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as having gone through the memo of appeal and the impugned judgment, I deem it appropriate to permit applicants to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing the usual undertaking and their bank account details to the registry. 3.

Accordingly, the application is partly allowed. The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 75% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, into the bank account of the respective applicants as per the award, within four weeks, upon their furnishing the usual undertaking and their bank account details to the registry.
