Applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the entire compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon deposited by the appellant in this Court, however, learned counsel for appellant has given no objection to withdraw an amount of 75% along with the interest accrued thereon. 3.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as the no objection, the application is partly allowed as stated above. 4.

The applicants are entitled to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount, along with the interest accrued thereon, which has been deposited in this Court, on their furnishing a usual undertaking. 5.

Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 75% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, to the respective bank accounts of the applicants as per the Award, within four weeks, upon their furnishing a usual undertaking and the bank account details to the Registry.

The application is disposed of.
