DATE : 13.04.2017 The learned Counsel for the appellant - Revenue fairly states that the issue involved in this case was also involved in Central Excise Appeal No.12/2016 and this Court has, by the order, dated 13.4.2017, dismissed the Central Excise Appeal by upholding the common order that is passed in the matter pertaining to the respondent - assessee in Central Excise Appeal No.12/2016 and the respondent in the present appeal. Hence, for the reasons recorded in the order, dated 13.4.2017 in Central Excise Appeal No.12/2016, we dismiss this Central Excise Appeal with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
