The applicant/respondent has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon, deposited in this Court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has objected.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in the objection raised by the appellant. Hence, the application is partly allowed.

4. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% amount along with proportionate accrued interest thereon, on his furnishing a usual undertaking to the Registrar(J).

5. Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 75% amount along with interest thereon in the bank account of the applicant within six weeks of his furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details. The application is disposed of.

List the matter on 26.08.2025.
