These applications are filed seeking prearrest bail in connection with Crime Nos.411 and 410 of 2021 registered with the non-applicant - Gondia Rural Police Station, District Gondia for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506, 507, 511 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Applicants have already filed similar applications before the Sessions Court bearing M.B.A.Nos.248 and 249 of 2021, which are pending

Order 2709aba643.21 and posted on 30.09.2021, for further consideration. 4.

Learned Counsel for applicants would submit that though applicants have applied for grant of interim protection, the Sessions Court has not granted interim protection, but, merely issued a notice on the said application also.

Be that as it may, already anticipatory bail applications are pending before the Sessions Court. I do not find any propriety to pass any order when the matter is subjudice. True the Sessions Court could have granted interim protection or rejected, however, this Court cannot predict as to whether interim applications were pressed before the Sessions Court or not. Certainly, the aspect of grant of anticipatory bail pertains to life and personal liberty. In view of that, following order is passed :

(i) The concerned Sessions Court is directed to hear and decide the interim bail applications tomorrow (28.09.2021) itself.

Both sides are accordingly directed to appear before the Trial Court tomorrow.

(iii) Criminal Applications are disposed of accordingly.
