DATE : 16.07.2024 By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition of the bail order passed on 03.05.2024. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant is unable to furnish one surety of Rs.25,000/- and therefore, he is not released on bail though order is passed.

The applicant is facing the charges under Sections 354, 506, 447, 476 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the conditions Prity
