DATE : February 26, 2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the Managing Director who is present in Court today seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the matter of allotment of part of plot No.D-18/1, Umred Industrial Area, Nagpur. It is submitted that in case the request that would be made in the representation is not accepted by the said respondents, the petitioner be permitted to avail its remedies in the civil Court.

The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to make an appropriate representation to the respondent Nos.1 and 2. If such representation is made within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the

22-WP-1965-21 2/2 respondent Nos.1 and 2 in accordance with its policies and the decision thereon be taken within a period of three months from the receipt of such representation. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. In case the representation of the petitioner is not favourably accepted by the respondent Nos.1 and 2, the petitioner is free to take such steps as available in law. The points raised in the writ petition are kept open. Order accordingly. No costs.
