The respondent No.1 is present before the Court. The consent terms are signed by all the claimants/respondents. I have personally interacted with the respondent No.1. She agreed and accepted the terms and conditions on behalf of all the respondents.

In view of that, first appeal along with cross-objection is disposed of.
