DATE : 27.02.2017 The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the tower is removed but the petitioner would be required to seek the refund of Rs.25,000/- from the concerned respondent. It is stated that the petitioner would move an application in that regard. The learned Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in view of the change in policy.
