The respondents/ landlords had filed two civil suits against the petitioner/ tenant. Both the civil suits are decreed and the appeals are dismissed. The tenant has filed two petitions before this Court i.e. Writ Petition No. 3270 of 2016 (present petition) and Writ Petition No. 3271 of 2016. The property in both the proceedings is one shop. In these facts, the directions given in Writ Petition No.3270 of 2016 by the order dated 15th June, 2016 requiring the petitioner/ tenant to deposit Rs.50,000/- within one month before the executing Court are recalled. This order is passed on the submission made on behalf of the petitioner/tenant that the amount of Rs.50,000/- is deposited by the petitioner before the executing Court as per the order passed in Writ Petition No. 3271 of 2016 on 15th June, 2016. The Civil Application is allowed accordingly. W.P. NO. 3270/2016.

List the petition on 2nd September, 2016.
