The civil application seeks a direction to the Taluka Inspector of Land Records (T.I.L.R.), Bhiwapur to clarify/rectify an alleged mistake claimed to have been committed by him while mentioning the area of encroached portion by letters "ABCD" as 0.70 sq. meters and to place the raw notes taken while measuring the land before the Court. 2.

In my considered opinion, considering the nature of the controversy, the civil application cannot be allowed. The same is, therefore, rejected. It is, however, clarified that in case

917. CAW 2078 of 2023.odt the respondents have any objection to the joint measurement report, they are entitled to place such objection before the learned Trial Court and so also seeks its clarification from the T.I.L.R. No order as to costs.
