By an order dated 15.06.2018, the petitioner was transferred from Mudholi Public Health Center, Tahsil Bhadrawati to Chicholi Public Health Center, Tahsil Rajura, and the distance between these two places is of 120 kms.

Stand of respondents is reflected in paragraph no.6 of their affidavit, which is as under :- "6.

That, the answering respondent has made transfer of petitioner by following counselling process, for achieving the object.

That, there by the answering respondent has while processing of transfer of employee sufficient chance of considering their side has been given and for that matter but the petitioner has not given any request letter before the counseling process of transfer is conducted on. It is submitted that, the petitioner is claimed her transfer by giving request letter dated 13.06.2018 just before two days of issuing transfer order dated 15.06.2018.

That, the option of vacant places have been provided to the candidates at the time of Conselling held on 12.06.2018 at Kannamawar Sabhagruh Z.P. Chandrapur. Said copy of Schedule dated 25.05.2018 of counselling is annexed herewith as Annexure-R-1. That, the seniority list was published online on 03.05.2018 hence the place of transfer is allotted during the counselling process as per said list. Said copy of Seniority list dated 03.05.2018 is annexed herewith as Annexure-R2. That, during the process of counselling held on 12.06.2018 as per schedule, but, she has not raised any objection for claiming her transfer under the scheme of husband and wife unification."

The petitioner has joined at her

transferred place at Chicholi. She was in the zone of consideration for transfer. She stayed at Mudholi since 2012, till the date of her transfer.

In view of above, we do not find any reason to interfere in the matter. Writ Petition is, accordingly dismissed. No costs.
