The challenge in this petition is to the transfer of the petitioner from Public Health Center, Sawari to Public Health Centre, Shegaon in the very same Tahsil i.e. Warora.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner was in the zone of consideration for transfer. She was earlier posted at Mudholi, but, upon her request on medical grounds, she was transferred to Sawari in Warora Tahsil. Now the petitioner has claimed her

Order 2711wp3636.18 retention at Sawari, Sub-Centre Chargaon.

The petitioner has already joined at her transferred place at Shegaon, and if she makes a representation to the respondents for her retention at Sawari, the same shall be considered sympathetically. 5.

In view of above, Writ Petition is, disposed of. No costs.
