Thereupon, the matter was listed on 14.01.2020 and it was adjourned for three weeks.

On 05.02.2020, nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant and therefore to grant one more opportunity, the matter was adjourned for 12.02.2020. 4.

On 12.02.2020, again nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant and accordingly, the matter was dismissed in default.

Thereafter the application for restoration was moved and the matter was restored vide order dated 09.02.2021.

On 15.11.2021, when the matter was listed after restoration, again nobody appeared on behalf of the appellant and therefore, it was again called out at 2.30 p.m. in the second session, however, nobody appeared and therefore, it was adjourned for today for 'dismissal'. 7.

Today, in the morning session, when the matter was called out nobody appeared. The matter was called out in the second session but, nobody appears. It appears that the appellant is not serious in pursuing the present appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
