Heard learned counsel Shri Amol Hunge for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.R.Rode for the State. Also, perused reply filed on behalf of the State.

The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.114/2018 registered with Khillar Police Station, Tahsil Anjangaon Surji, District Amravati for offences under Sections 376(2)(L)(N) and 452 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

First Information Report was lodged only after victim was found to be pregnant or investigation was over. Statement of victim shows that she is matriculated. D.N.A. report is yet to be placed on record.

Looking to the fact that investigation is over, I .....2/-

pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The criminal application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Satish s/o Mohan Khandare, in connection with Crime No.114/2018 registered with Khillar Police Station, Tahsil Anjangaon Surji, District Amravati for offences under Sections 376(2)(L) (N) and 452 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, be released on bail on his executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties of the like amount.

(iii) The applicant is directed not to enter territorial jurisdiction of village Kokarda, tahsil Anjangaon Surji, District Amravati where prosecution witnesses reside, till completion of the Trial.

(iv) The applicant is directed to furnish his residential address where he will be residing after releasing on bail to learned Judge of the Court below before whom Bail Bonds will be executed.

(v) Learned Judge of the Court below is directed to impose conditions upon the applicant that he shall attend nearest Police Station of his residence once in a week, till the Trial is .....3/-

over.

(vi) With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
