DATED : 06.11.2025 By this application, the applicant is seeking leave to amend the application. Initially, we have shown our disinclination to entertain the prayer as the prayer was made after a long time of filing the application. But the learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out that he had filed an application on 24.08.2021 itself for amending the prayer as the charge-sheet was filed, but inadvertently no order was passed on the said application.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Leave is granted to the applicant to amend the application.

Amended copy shall be placed on record and shall be supplied to the non-applicants.

Matter be listed for the final disposal after the amendment is carried out on 02.12.2025.
