It is not in dispute that the main accused Vijay Dange has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. Though, the order was challenged by filing Special Leave to Appeal by the complainant before the Hon'ble Apex Court, the challenge came to be repealed when the S.L.A. was dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 29/8/2016. The order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court is placed on record by the learned Counsel for the applicant in application (ABA) No. 286/2016, it is taken on

record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Both the applicants, are, therefore, entitled to be given the relief of anticipatory bail on the principle of parity. Hence, the order.

Both the applications are allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicants by the order passed by this Court on 03/5/2016 (in ABA No. 286/2016) and 15/7/2016 (in ABA No.462/2016) are hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the modification of the condition regarding attendance and now it is directed that the applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.
