The applicant/Claimant has filed this application for condonation of delay of 788 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 31.12.2019 in L.A.R. No.34 of 2013.

The learned Counsel for the respondent no.2/Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that, the reasons for delay mentioned by the applicant by quoting such disability in paying the court fees, is absolutely incorrect.

However, considering the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application stands allowed and the delay is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1500/- to be paid to the Registry of this Court within two weeks, for utilization of the High Court Dispensary.

It is made clear that the applicant/Claimant

The application is disposed of.
