By these applications, the petitioners are seeking condonation of delay in bringing the legal heirs of petitioner no.3 and application for permission to bring legal heirs of petitioner no.3 on record.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact in interregnum period there was Covid-19 pandemic throughout the country, the delay is condoned. Permission to bring the legal heirs of petitioner no.3 is granted. Amendment be carried out within a week.
