This application remained pending to the extent of applicant no.2 Shivshankar Eknath Lakade, since as regards to rest of applicants, it has been not pressed and disposed of vide order dated 07.12.2021. 3.

Perusal of police paper indicates that the role attributed to applicant no.2 is to the extent of beating by fist blows and kicks. There are no allegation that he has used some weapon at the time of occurrence. In view of that, applicant no.2 has made

Order 2112aba647-21 out a case for grant of pre-arrest protection, hence, the following order.

(i) Criminal Application is allowed as regards applicant no.2 only.

(ii) Ad-interim order dated 07.12.2021 is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions.

(iii) Applicant no.2 to attend the concerned police station as already ordered, till the filing of charge sheet or for 60 days, which ever is earlier.
