The question as to whether the elections of the trust were actually held or not is a disputed question of fact. The Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nagpur has observed in the order that the elections have been held. Whether the elections are legal or not can be decided in a change report to be filed.

If the change report is filed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take action to the change report.

In view of above, we do not find any reason to entertain this petition. The petition is dismissed.
