DATE : 22/08/2022 The said first appeal is settled before the Lok Adalat and appellant withdrawn the appeal in view of Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 and 23/02/2017. However, there were intervention applications by the mother and sisters which were pending and there was order dated 23/12/2016 and 11/07/2017, by which those intervention applications were to be decided at the time of final hearing. Joint pursis No. 7/2022 is filed by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and applicants i.e. Ku. Ranjana Pandurang Dahat, Shri Ravindra Pandurang Dahat, Parvati Pandurang Dahat and Vandana Pandurang Dahat. The parties arrived at settlement in view of 2nd joint compromise Pursis. As such, respondent nos. 1 - Ranjana D/o Pandurang Dahat and 2

2 caf 1516-2021.odt Ravindra S/o Pandurang Dahat and intervention applicant nos. 1 - Parwati Wd/o Pandurang Dahat and 2 Vandana D/o Pandurang Dahat all are entitled for Rs.5,41,961/- each alongwith accrued interest thereon, if any. In view of this Pursis, the interim applications for intervention as well as application for withdrawal of amount are disposed of.

The Registry is directed to disburse the amount in view of settlement arrived at between the parties as referred above.

The Registry is further directed to disburse the amount in the share of applicants i.e. Parwati Pandurang Dahat and Ranjana Pandurang Dahat in their joint account and the amount in respect of Vandana Pandurang Dahat be deposited in the separate account. The amount in the share of Ravindra Pandurang Dahat be also disbursed in his separate account, after furnishing bank details of all these persons.

It is also informed that the respondent No.1Ranjana Pandurang Dahat is illiterate lady and therefore, her thump impression be obtained after verifying proof of identity and attested thumb impression.
