There are no pleadings as to what particular procedure has not been followed in the present case before closing down the branch of Engineering Technology and Research. Even as regards the fixation of appropriate pay scale and payment of arrears as per 6th and 7th Pay Commission, the pleadings as regards the particular date of the guidelines and the particular clauses of the guidelines in respect of which a breach has been alleged

(2) 13.wp.1505.2021 to be committed have not been made in the petition. The petition thus is vague and is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a properly drafted petition. No costs.
