The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.2 on the post of Junior Clerk dated 18.04.2023 is stated to be pending with the respondent. The petitioner seeks expeditious adjudication of the proposal.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the proposal has been tendered on 18.04.2023 and the same would be decided in accordance with law.

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to decide the proposal dated 18.04.2023 within a period of four weeks on receiving the copy of approval.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
