Dated : 23 rd October, 2018 This petition seeks direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner from Nagpur Open Prison to Paithan Open Prison. We are informed that the claim is accepted by the respondents for transfer of petitioner to Aurangabad/Paithan Open Prison. However, the petitioner is not yet actually transferred. We expect the respondents to implement the order within a period of two weeks from today, if it is possible - at Paithan.
