Learned counsel for the Insurance Company/applicant states that the entire compensation amount as per the impugned judgment has been deposited before this Court.

In view of the said statement, the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed, till pending hearing of the appeal. The application is disposed of.

FIRST APPEAL NO.603 OF 2021 Learned counsel for the appellant states that the challenge is restricted to the quantum of compensation and that no statutory defence is raised. Hence, notice to respondent Nos.5 and 6, being driver and owner of the offending vehicle, is dispensed with.

Service report of respondent Nos.3 and 4 is awaited. Stand over after three weeks.
