This is an appeal of convicted accused challenging the order of conviction. Learned counsel for the appellant who has filed the appeal was reported to have been elevated as a Judge of this Court. In consequence, repeatedly notices were issued to the appellant for engaging another counsel. The notice sent to the appellant/accused was returned back with report that the appellant died on 09/10/2019. The report is accompanied with a death certificate issued by local authority.

In view of above, nothing survives in the appeal, the same stands abated since, the appellant accused is dead. The proceedings stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE R.S. Sahare
