Daughter who requires attendance is about eighteen years old. She is suffering from neurological disorder since last about two years. Her elder sister and mother are available to look after her. Petitioner has availed parole leave recently and hence cannot be given the same again. As such, we find no jurisdictional error or perversity in the impugned order. Writ petition is rejected. Charges of the counsel appointed are fixed at Rs.1500/-.

If such frivolous application is again filed by the applicant, cost thereof shall be recovered from him. JUDGE JUDGE Asmita
