The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application for non-applicant Nos.2 and 4.

Leave is granted. The application for non-applicant Nos.2 and 4 is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, considering the fact that the applicant Nos.1 and 3 are women and the fact that the applicant No. 1 is having two daughters aged about 10 years and 2 years to take care of and also the fact that so far as these applicants are concerned, their custodial interrogation may not be sine qua for effective investigation, I am of the view that the applicant Nos.1 and 3 could be granted anticipatory bail. Hence, the order : The application of applicant Nos.1 and 3 is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.116/2016 registered against them for the offences

2/3 punishable under Section 304-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the conditions that (i) the applicants shall attend the police station everyday between 11:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m. for a period of one week starting from 5th of August, 2016, (ii) shall co-operate with the police in the investigation and (iii) shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. JUDGE *sdw
