The effect of order dated 12-3-2019 is that the arbitration application is disposed of and the appointment of the arbitrator revoked.

The learned Counsel Mr. A.N. Ansari states that to his knowledge no application is preferred seeking review and/or recall of the said order.

In this view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing the present application. The applicant, who is the non-applicant in the original application Mr. Milind Dayaramji Nandagawali is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- with accrued interest, if any. JUDGE adgokar
