By this Writ Petition, order dated 22/11/2019, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer is made subject matter of challenge.

Admittedly, there is an alternative remedy of the appeal available to the petitioner under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is dismissed.
