Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, appeal under Section 56(2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act is pending which is still not decided.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent authorities to decide the appeal within four weeks from today. It is further directed that petitioner should appear before the authority concerned on 12.11.2025. A copy of order passed today be produced before the authority, within a week from today.

Petition is disposed of.
