DATE : 03.08.2015 Heard Mrs. Anjali Joshi, Advocate for the applicant. As the registration of writ petition was refused, without issuing notice to the non-applicants and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 15 days in filing the Misc. Civil Application is condoned. For the same reasons, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 6.7.2015 is set aside and the writ petition is restored.
Civil Application as well as Misc. Civil Application are allowed.
WRIT PETITION (REJ.) NO.435/2015 If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to be deposited by the petitioner with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
