Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that inadvertently in the memo of application and prayer clause the case number is wrongly typed as Misc. Criminal Application No. 325 of 2020 instead of Misc. Criminal Application No. 324 of 2020. Therefore, he prayed to correct the same.

In view of this, the application is allowed. Learned Advocate is permitted to correct the case number as Misc. Criminal Application No. 324 of 2020 instead of Misc. Criminal Application No. 325 of 2020 in memo of
