In this Writ Petition challenge has been raised to the order of transfer issued by the Respondent No.2 transferring the Petitioner as an under graduate teacher from Zilla Parishad Primary School, Betala, Mohadi, District Bhandara to Zilla Parishad Primary School, Lawada, Tah. Tumsar, District Bhandara. Since there was no interim order passed in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner joined at the transferred place. During pendency of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has now been transferred on 01.01.2021 from Zilla Parishad Primary School, Lawada, Tumsar to Zilla Parishad Primary School, Kawadsi, Bhandara. The Petitioner submits that he has joined his duties at this place too.
The only grievance now raised by filing Civil Application No.787 of 2021 is that the Petitioner has not been paid the salary from 01.08.2018 to 01.01.2021 and for that purpose a representation has been made to the Chief Executive OfÏcer. This representation is dated 12.04.2021. The interests of justice would be served by directing the Chief Executive OfÏcer - Respondent No.2 to
27 WP-3766-2018 decide the said representation within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
