On 12th February, 2019 the appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution. It was restored on 21st January, 2020 and office was directed to place the matter for final hearing after 28th February, 2020. Accordingly, the matter listed before this Court for final hearing.

Today, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
