Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present application for grant of bail since this Court is not inclined to grant bail.

The prayer is accepted. Criminal Application No.524/2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicant further makes a prayer that that the trial be expedited. The applicant, who is in jail, has a right to expeditious trial. In that view of the matter, the learned J.M.F.C. Patur is directed to give preference and precedence to this trial looking to the nature of offence and is further directed to dispose of the trial within one year from the date of receipt of this order.
