This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Notice was issued on this application on 18.07.2018 and the office note shows that all the respondents have been served. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents when the application is called out for hearing. In the application it is pointed out that the applicant no.1 is 71 years old person suffering from serious health problem and that his son applicant no.2 was busy in taking care of the applicant no.1, as also the wife of applicant no.1 who is said to have been suffering from various ailments. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.
