DATED : 09-07-2025 Applicants/respondents No. 1 to 5 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the 50% balance of the compensation, along with the interest accrued thereon, deposited by the appellant in this Court, as the first appeal was dismissed on 17-02-2025. The learned Advocate for the appellant has given no objection to the same. 2.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as the no objection given by the learned Advocate for the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw a balance of 50% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest on that amount. 3.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount to the bank accounts of the respective applicants within four weeks, upon their furnishing their bank account details to the registry.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
