DATE : 16th March, 2017 ORAL ORDER Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the report of the Handwriting Expert is already produced on the record of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati, in S.C.C. No.5674 of 2004 and in view thereof, the respondent does not press his prayer in relation to the age of the ink of the signature and other writing on the cheque in question. He would submit that in the light of the report of the Handwriting Expert, the matter before the learned Magistrate can proceed. 2.

In view thereof, Mr Saboo, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant does not press the present application and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
