The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw application Exh.36 for amendment of the plaint and consequently the present writ petition.

The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the application Exh.36 as well as this writ petition with liberty to file fresh application, if they so desire. 3.

In case such application is filed by the petitioners, the trial Court shall decide it in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
