This is an application preferred by original claimant i.e. respondent nos. 1 and 2 seeking withdrawal amount of compensation which is to the tune of Rs. 5,27,606/-.

For the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the application, the application is allowed partly and respondent nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the said amount subject to filing usual of undertaking.
