In the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the learned trial court to expedite the proceedings in LAR No. 74 of 2021. The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has deprecated such practice of expediting proceedings before the trial court unless sufficient information is provided in the petition, giving all details about the pendency of the proceedings and cases before such court. Such details are missing in the present writ petition.

In absence of such details, as we are not aware how much pendency is before the said Court, it is difficult to issue such direction. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
