By letter dated 19.05.2025, District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha seeks extension for dispose of the Special Case No.142/2022, on the ground that the matter is already fixed for argument and an adjournment was sought by the learned Counsel for the applicant /accused. The accused also filed an application at Exh.110 to recall the Medical Officer, the same was rejected and, therefore, he was intending to challenge the said order and hence seeks time to dispose of the matter.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, three months time is extended to dispose of the trial.

Learned District Judge - 3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha shall not seek further extension and shall dispose of the trial.
